The BridgeFlow Model “Y” Trunnion Mounted Mechanized Ball Valve is built upon a revolutionary non-intrusive blinding concept, redefining how pipeline isolation is performed. 


Traditional blind flange operations are like open surgery: requiring large-scale disassembly, exposing operators to hazardous media, demanding substantial workspace, depressurization, and costly medium displacement procedures—all while placing personnel directly in harm’s way.


Bridgeflow introduces a “minimally invasive” approach to pipeline isolation. Through a protected, pressure-contained valve body, a pair of solid sealing plates—equivalent to blind flanges—are mechanically engaged or disengaged via a single operating shaft. 


This enables true blind-level isolation within seconds, without exposing workers to any process medium or pressure risks.


Our patented design integrates all three isolation tiers in a single solution:


- Positive Isolation (Blind-Level): Safely replaces traditional blind flanges inside a sealed housing


- Double Block and Bleed (DBB): Seamlessly compatible with dual-valve isolation requirements


- Single Valve Isolation: Functions as a reliable single barrier where required.


The design of the BridgeFlow Model “Y” Trunnion Mounted Mechanized Ball Valve was driven by the goal of creating an environmentally friendly valve that provides value to customers.

  • Providing a mechanically sealing full port valve with unrestricted flow to minimize pressure drop and save energy when the valve is open.
